Account changed from my email address to user name when I purchased premium

I just purchased premium and was logged in under my email address as I always have been since day 1. I bought it through my email and when I went back to my app it was still free, I figured I had to logged out and back in to change my account, did that and couldn't get in, changed my password twice and still nothing, I try my user name and I'm in, but it's not the account I've been using.. all my play list's are gone, profile picture is gone, people I'm following everything gone. I still can't get into my original account, unless I'm in help then it works.. this is messed.. please help
