How do I contact billing?

I am being charged for Premium and never signed up for it andn when I log on to my account I am welcomed with a banner that reads "Try Premium For Free". 

No direct customer service options? Come on  Spotify you can do better than this.

Spotify doesn't have telephone support, but you can reach out to the Support team via the Contact form or DM to @SpotifyCares.

It'll be best to get in touch with them, so they can double-check what's happening backstage.
