How do I stop getting charged?

How do I stop getting charged?

I am getting charged for Premium, but when I go into my account, it tells me that I do not have a premium account!  Therefore, the option to change out of premium is not there.

 

I would also like to delete my account, but I don't want to do that until I am sure that I am not getting charged anymore.  Thanks!

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

It sounds like you have a duplicate account somewhere which has your subscription running on it. If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form, including any email addresses you may have used to create your accounts they will be able to track them down and cancel/delete them for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I've discovered that I can't download spotify to my ipod nano, so I want to cancel my premium subscription but spotify won't let me because I can't remember my password and they won't send me an email with a temporary one. 

 

I'm considering taking legal action against Spotify.

I don't wanna pay for it anymore but how do I stop it?I can't find songs that I want I can't listen to any music when I'm not on wifi isn't that why I'm paying is so I can listen to it without WiFi???

You can login to the website to check the status of your subscription here:
 
 
In there you can cancel if you want to, and check your payment info.
 
 
Have you tried Offline Mode?
You need to activate the 'Available Offline' switch in the playlist / album you wish to listen without an Internet connection.
