How do I unlink Facebook from mobile?

So I'm thinking about deleting Facebook, but I'm not sure whether or not I created my Spotify with my Facebook account or not. It does show my email under Profile, but I can't find a setting to unlink it. What can I do?

Note: This will require use of the Spotify desktop app

If you are not sure if you signed up with Facebook, try step 2. If you can't do it, then you need to go to step 1 to make a new account and contact support to get your stuff trasnfered over.
