How do you get an actual person from Spotify to answer you

Someone made an account using my email. I want the user deleted so I can make a Spotify account that doesn't have 5 million recommendations for Lil Uzi. I sent a request to Spotify and got a bs answer back saying based on keywords they think the community can solve my problem. Any of you know how to hack in to Spotify to do this? Didn't think so. I also want to know why they let someone do that without sending an email to me.

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
