How to be able to complete a contact form

Hi,

I think my account was hacked. I am not able to connect to my account. The only way to communicate with someone at Spotify seems to complete a "contact form". The problem is that in order to complete this form, you need to log in toi your account, which it is impossible due to my original problem!!! Someone can help me?
