How to cancel payment using the Spotify mandate SiHubId ?

My brother's bank account is getting debited monthly of Rs 199/monthly, but he don't have any premium plans associated to his account. This has been taking place for more than 6 months. Please provide assistance to cancel this subscription using the SiHubId.

If your brother believes that someone is using his bank details for Spotify without his permission, I recommend telling him to reach out to Support: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/.
