How to change to Duo plan if already on a 12-month pre-paid Premium Individual account

My Question or Issue

I'm currently on a pre-paid 12-month Premium Individual plan (expiring Jan 2025). I wish to upgrade to a Duo plan, but can only see monthly payment options for it.

 

Is it possible to upgrade my pre-paid Individual account to Duo (i.e. by paying the proportionate extra amount or a smaller monthly subscription cost)? Or can I only wait till my pre-paid period expires and start a new monthly subscription?

Thanks for reaching out.


You should be able to upgrade from Premium Individual to Premium Duo at any time here. When you upgrade from Individual to Duo, your remaining Individual time will be converted into Duo time, and this can bring your payment date forward.

You should be able to upgrade from Premium Individual to Premium Duo at any time here. When you upgrade from Individual to Duo, your remaining Individual time will be converted into Duo time, and this can bring your payment date forward.

Many thanks for your quick reply. The subscription date on that link says the next payment date would be August this year, which I assume takes my current pre-paid Premium account cost into account. This seems to answer my question. Thanks again.
