can't listen to premium items

My Question or Issue

I have a DUo plan

However, I can't see or use some premium storybooks.  These are available to my partner on his plan.

Any ideas?

Hey @serinde, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

The audiobooks feature is only available to the plan’s manager. In your case, the free audiobook listening time will only be available to your partner since they’re the one who started the plan.

Hi, thanks a lot for your reply. Really helpful, though a shame that sharing a plan doesn't give the same features for everyone of course. It's good to understand!
