 I don't want to connect my computer account with mobile phone. How to change the settings and have two apps seperately?

I'm not quite sure what you mean by have two separate apps? If you're wanting to listen to music in two places at once, that's currently not possible with any single Spotify account as you are limited to streaming on only one device at a time.
