How to end premiium subscription for deleted account (facebook deleted it)

Hi,

I cannot access my old Spotify account, as it was created through Facebook, but this account was not my actual one and was deleted. There is no way to get it back.

a) How can I end my premium subscription for my old account?

b)  Is there any chance to copy my playlists to my new account?
