How do I get my refund from Spotify? Because they charged me for Student Premium but I still don't have access to premium features.

I need the same, but mine is due to mistakenly signing up for the student discount, being charged for it but wanting the other premium. I don't understand why you folks don't have a number to call for this kind of crap

That doesn't really help. None of the steps that spotify gives you when this happens is working. They aren't emailing back, and I just want to know how to get my money back, because that's what I'm angry about right now. I feel robbed.

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

Also, be sure to check your spam folders, as sometimes those emails end up there.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
