How to get my account back

Hi.

Few days ago I cancelled my Premium for some reason. I’m planning to get it soon. But yesterday I couldn’t access to my apps on PC and on my iPhone. My account was connected with Facebook. Logging with Facebook was not possible (error code 17). So I’ve sent request for new password and I’ve change it. Now I have access to my web account, but I can’t login to my apps. No matter what username I use to login, my email, my first part of email before @, or my username number - I can not login to

my apps. I found some solution that if I have Facebook connected to my account I can’t login in normal way with my username and password. So probably I have to open new account. The thing is I want to use my email which is same in old account. So I have to close old account to use this email in new account. My question is how to close old account and how to get playlists from this old account on my new one. Or maybe there is another solution how to get my account back?

I have wrote ticket to support but they didn’t respond me

Have you tried a quick clean reinstall of the app? If not, just follow these steps.

If that doesn't help and you've already contacted support, just reply to that automated email that you received and an agent should get back to you in no time 🙂
