How to get subscription to cancel

I have an account here that I have been trying to get canceled. When I go onto my subscription page it doesn't offer me the option to cancel anything. My next payment due date is 7/22/15 and I would like this to be resolved before that date.

Hi Leonard, few questions for you.

1) Have you ever entered any payment details iinto your account, or are you currently subscribed to a 7-day trial? 7-day trials don't ask for payment details, so when the period ends you cannot be charged (same if you have no details on your account), so there's nothing for you to cancel.

2) How much are you being charged? If it's $12.99 then you're paying through iTunes and will need to cancel through them.

3) Have you seen a charge in your bank account for Spotify premium? If you have, and you don't see an option to cancel on your profile, you'll need to get in touch with support. Note that if you receive an automated email directing you to the community and/or help boards, make sure you reply directly to that email (even if it is from a no reply address) and support will get back to you as soon as possible.
