How to merge two existing subscriptions with family subscription ?

I have two subscriptions for my children and now that there is a family subscription offer, I would like to have 1+2 subscription. If I create this family subsription then how can I get my childrens spotity accounts merged under this new subscription so that all exisiting playlists and so will be safe ?

The best thing you might do is to get in touch with Spotify so they can transfer everything if possible.

You may get in touch with Spotify via their Twitter page (@SpotifyCares), or by following this link to send an e-mail.
If you send an e-mail, please check your inbox (and spam box) to check for their automatic reply. Once you get it, please reply to it immediatly (even if it's from an no-reply e-mail addres) to make sure an Spotify employee will get back to you as soon as possible.

You need to cancel all of your current individual Premium subscriptions and wait for the accounts to drop to free. Once that is done you can set up a family subscription and invite the other accounts. You can use the same accounts so all playlists, followers, settings etc will be preserved.

Now: how do I add an existing account that has a Facebook login? What is the username in this case? No email is linked to this then. 

Second of all, do I have to decide right away how many family members I want or I can add more anytime or just monthly? (obviously because of the payment repeating)

Any idea how long it takes for the account to drop to free once canceled? My wife and daughter will definitely give me crap if its going to be a days long ordeal that they are without their offline music
