Tried to pay twice on 1 card but said unable to activate so used another card Now 3 charges!

Tried to pay twice on 1 card but said unable to activate so used another card Now 3 charges!

I took the 3 months for 99p option and tried to pay on a family card we use but notification said could not activate, tried again the next day and the same and still no premium added. Left it a few days they tried a different card and it went through ok. Have now had 2 99p charges and 1 9.99 charge on the first card I tried with no email of invoices but have received an invoice for the second card I used for 99p that did activate the premium for the 3 months option. You need to refund the other 3 transactions you charged me that did not work or activate Spotify on the first card that I had no invoice or notifications for.
