How to to change my country profile when the dropdown doesn't allow me to?

I moved countries and need to change my payment method. It does not accept my current payment method because it's based in another country. I tried everything - even canceling my account - but the country dropdown is always gray and doesn't allow me to change. My country on my Facebook account (which is linked to Spotify) is updated, but Spotify still doesn't allow me to change. Probably a glitch in the platform.

I don't want to loose my account, please help!

In this case, I recommend reading this article so that you can successfully change country.

 

If it still doesn't work, I highly recommend that you contact the Spotify team by clicking this link to speak to support or this link to speak to them on Facebook or this link to speak to them on Twitter/X. Because it is probably a bug, contacting them directly is more effective, they usually don't take more than 48 hours to resolve your issue.

Thank you for your response. I tried everything already, it's a bug. I just wasn't sure how to contact them, will use social media, thank you for the tip!
