I HAVE LOST MY UNLIMITED ACCOUNT-HE PERDIDO MI CUENTA UNLIMITED

I need help with this problem. I installed Spotify mobile, and changed to Premium by mistake and it has not been possible to undo it. In my account appears now Premium Account. I have been used the Unlimited account for years. I had no intention to change it. I need to solve this error but I have no way of getting in touch with customer service in any way. Does anyone know how to do it? Thank you!

 

Necesito ayuda con este problema: al instalar Spotify en el móvil por error se ha cambiado a Premium y no ha sido posible deshacerlo. En mi cuenta aparece ahora que utilizo Premium y que me van comenzar a cobrar el doble. Tengo desde hace años la antigua cuenta Unlimited. Ni tenía ni tengo intención de cambiarla. Necesito que me solucionen este error pero no tengo forma de ponerme en contacto con atención al cliente de ninguna forma. ¿Alguien sabe cómo? ¡Gracias!
