I am being charged twice per month!!! So annoyed...

I am being charged twice per month!!! So annoyed...

My credit card is being charged twice a month for my subscription!! How do I get this rectified as it seems near impossible to speak to someone!! Help.

Hey @Megs26,

 

It sounds like you've got a second account with Spotify. Are there any other email addresses you could have used to register with Spotify? It's worth checking those inboxes to see if you have any Spotify emails -- that will mean your extra account is registered with that email.

 

  • If you don't have another email address, note how you log into the Spotify app usually.
  • If you use your Facebook details try entering your Spotify username (if you created one originally).
  • If you use your Spotify username try entering just your email address.

I'm getting charged twice as well! Why is this and can I get refunded?

Well can't they delete one of my accounts? I do not use Facebook to log in.

I do not sign in any other way. All I did was change phones. Please deactivate one account.

 

I do not see where to do this. All it days is I have spotify premium. No where is there an account to subscribe or to unsubsidized to
