I am being charged twice per month

I am being charged twice per month

Hello my name is Virnita Jones and I'm contacting you because my subscription is suspended and I've already paid this month. I also noticed I've been charged twice a month for a while now and I'd like money back. My email address is nikijones0207@gmail.com. You've charged my debit card and my PayPal account every month. Please restore my subscription and credit back my money, to my account. I can be contacted is email.

Hey Virnita.

 

Good to have you at the spotify community. I'm sure we can help figure out what's happened here. 

 

First of all, did those payments come out of your account on the same day? If so you probably just hit the upgrade button more than once (and both payments were credited to your account). You can double check this by going to your Subscription Page and confirming your next payment date is more than 1 month away.

 

If you did hit the upgrade button twice, don't worry. The second payment is automatically applied to your next month, and you won’t be charged again until the month after.

 

If you didn't hit the upgrade button twice, make sure you haven’t started an additional Spotify Premium subscription. When you start a new subscription you get a receipt in your inbow. Check all your email addresses. If you find a second account, log into it, and cancel the subscription.
