My Question or Issue

Hi! 

Spotify has been charging for two accounts, my old one, and my new. I can't get into my old, since I don't remeber the password, and I don't know the password to the connected email. The account is called arenolen-11. 

How can I cancel that extra subscriotion without knowing anything but the username?

Hey @arenolen, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Could you try finding your old account using this guide? Once you're able to find the log in details, you can log in and cancel following these steps.
