I am still paying premium which I switch to spotify free

Hi,

  I have switched my account to spotify free but until now I am still paying a monthly fee for spotify premuim.  Here is the deduction on my online bank account details --- SPOTIFY P02E62FA70 ST OC 14 JUL S$10.18.  

  I have been using spotify free for 4 months already but I am still paying monthly spotify premuim.  Please help.  I don't want to use spotify premuim as I don't have enough money but in the end I am still paying.  Please help.\
