I can log onto other devices with user name and password but won't let me log into account.

I can log onto other devices with user name and password but won't let me log into account.

I have changed email address so I can't open to get new password

You mentioned that you can't reset your password as you have changed your email address. Does this mean you no longer have access to the email address linked to your Spotify account?

If that is so, you may contact Spotify directly to help you update the email address and be able to reset your password. You can reach out to them here, on Twitter with the @SpotifyCares handle, or on their Facebook page.

 

In case it's the other way around and you created your account directly with Spotify, you can reset your password if you've forgotten it.

 

If you have created an account through Facebook, you need to go to your Facebook settings to change or reset your password.
