My Question or Issue
I cannot access my Spotify account from the Windows application. Some time ago this happened to me, I only listened to music through the web browser. I changed the proxy and it didn't work either. Please help me, I pay Spotify Premium.

To add to what @OneByBoo shared above, we'd also recommend giving it another try after connecting to a different internet connection.
If you're able to log in the app using another connection, it would be a good idea contacting the service provider of the original network for more information about this.
Further, we'd suggest making sure that your firewall and antivirus programs have Spotify set as an exception.
