I don't think you really test it.

Anyway, here's my screenshot:

1. First go to that link and input all the data it need

2. then it go to this page:

So it looks like bug for me. I can't change my credit card number. That is really bad and the stupid thing is that we can't reach spotify support team. It's not a really good experience at all.
