My Question or Issue

Hello, 

I share a duo plan with my mom, last month I travel to a different country and my account got suspended. Then we reactivate the plan but now it says I can’t rejoin a new duo plan 12 months after the latest duo.

What can I do to continue sharing our plan?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

The error message you're seeing means that you've been part of two different Duo plans within the past 12 months. You can only switch plans once every 12 months though.

 

I recommend asking your mom to start the Premium Duo plan through the account that was used previously, then it should work, as you can always re-join the plan you were last part of.
