I can't log in on pc

Hi, when I try to log in on my computer (Windows 10), spotify app freezes and nothing happens. It happens with both facebook and e-mail log in. I don't have a problem on mobile. Is anyone else having the same problem? What can I do?

Hey @12134428591, welcome to the community!

Instead of typing your full email address and password, try typing your Spotify account's username and password to see if it helps.

If your account was created via Facebook, you'll need to log in by clicking the blue "Log in with Facebook" button, instead of typing your Facebook log in details in the Spotify app.

I have the same problem and I tried to log in with username, email, facebook, but none of them are working. When I click on login, the window is greyed out, and that's all. I have internet connection. The app is allowed through the firewall. I tried the reinstall too. Still not working

I find a solution to fix this issue:

1. enter to spotify web account
2. offline devices 
3. remove your computer
4. uninstall spotify
5. reinstall spotify

After this it's working for me.

Hi, thank you for replies. I don't know how it happened but after a couple of days, I could finally log in. I don't know how or why but it's working fine now. Weird.
