I can't login into my account although I am giving the right password email

I am not able to login into my Spotify account. I am giving the right email and password but it's shows the password and email are not matching. I tried to reset password but they don't send me any email.

I am currently a family member on my sister;s spotify premuim account, I downloaded the spotify app on my desktop and wanted to sign in but could not, as it keeps telling me I do not have a registered email address tied to a spotify account. How do i go about this?

In my case my accounts had automatically been blocked for no reason. It happens sometimes. After talking to a support agent via chat and sending emails from my email accounts, my Spotify accounts had been reactivated. Bad luck. Twice. Fingers crossed that it will not happen again.

Can I just delete current account and open new

My Question or Issue

My password changed, and I never changed it, and before that, it kept signing me out for no reason at all. No one else has accesses to my account so it has to be a spotify platform issue and I already tried to change my password back to its original password but it would say something along the lines of "You can't change your password to your current password" and I would go back and try to sign in but it would still say "Incorrect password or username/email" but I checked my email and it was correct and so was my password but it still kept giving me the same message. I hope Spotify can fix this issue so I can finally log back in, and any Tips and advice would help. (currently using a side account as needed, but all my main stuff is on that account and it's all private, so I can't reach any of it even if I wanted to)

I have the same issue - When i try to login with my gmail, i get message:
"No Spotify account found"
When I try to sign up with my gmail, i get message:
"This email is already connected to an account"

 

There is no help, support - just amazing "AI chat bot" which doesnt help at all.


So basically, the only option - create new email just for Spotify? That is a joke... 

Hey, it will probably happen for the new email account as well. For me it is all fine now after talking to a "real" support agent and getting my account verified and reactivated. Search for the option of contacting a real support agent instead of the chat bot. Good luck.
