I have an active premium account. And need to log in. How can I fix this?

If you don't know any of your account details, get in touch with the customer services team directly using this online contact form including as much detail as you can, such as any possible email addresses you might have used to create the account and they will be able to lend a hand.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

You would need to contact Spotify directly for this, you can do that here. If you get an automated reply just reply directly to that email (even if it is a no-reply). They should be able to look it up by your payment detials 🙂
