I forgot username and password to my premium account

A couple months back I had a username I created but I created my Spotify account really quickly so i put random letters and email address. I reseted my phone and lost my Spotify premium account. It was a stupid decision honestly, I continue being charged for my other accounts premium. I tried finding a phone number I could call but spotify doesn't have a support number. I'm trying to cancel that subscription and get a new one with this account. But I DONT KNOW THE USER NAME OR EMAIL the user name is something like "Afdhjaf" and I put in a really common email I believe it was "Bob123345@live.com" I need help. I don't want to be charged 20$ a month for Spotify if I get a subscription. I have the debits number and name so I dont know if you guys can trace what account my debit card is registered to because its registered to the one I lost. Please help me.

I created my account quickly because Spotify was having a sale thing for 1$ every month for 3months that's why I created my account fast. I wasn't thinking about if I would ever reset my phone and lose the premium account.

Same problem with me. I logged out and now canmot use my account. For i dont remember the email address that i registered my account with. My username is cjsilvestre and I hope someone can shed some light regsrding this matter.

 I have only ever had one email address and if I input this to the 'lost password screen' I do not receive the email with the password reset.

Where do I go now?

If you have a twitter you can contact Spotify they reply pretty quick go
the problem solved in with in a hour of so ... you need the email you used
and the username .. other then that I'm not sure what you can do but they
will definitely help you through twitter .

Yes, since they don't have a contact number you can call .. what I did was
message them on twitter and they help you step by step. You just need the
username and the number on your card also the area zip code ... they might
ask for other things just give it a try. Hope this was helpful !!
