I have a duo account for me and my child that does not work

I have a duo account for me and my child that does not work

I have a duo account for me and my child but it seems that he still has a free account/version of Spotify though I used a link to invite him.
Payment went through without any complications and my account upgraded to premium.

Hey there,

 

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

Can you please tell your child to log into https://spotify.com/account to check if it says Free or Premium there? 🙂 If it says Premium there, but it shows Free within the app, it means that he's likely logged into the wrong account in the app or accepted the invite using the wrong account.
