My Question or Issue
I am trying to add one more person to my family plan and it can’t find my address, even though it is type in the same way it appears in my profile, and the rest of the members didn’t have any problem. We have tried everything: full address, parts of it, nears buildings, from the phone and everything all over in the laptop, and more time everything all over again in a incognito tab. I have “chat” via Facebook messenger with SpotifyCares (do they though?) and they have refer me here. Any ideas? PLEASE HELP! It is really frustrating.

If possible, you can try playing the tracks from another device too, just to see if it behaves in the same way there. When write the address cannot find the same
The solutions provided here doesn't work.
1. In Africa (Nigeria precisely) our number system sucks.
2. I couldn't use my exact address because it wasn't on Google Map. Though my location was turned on.
3. The random address I picked isn't working as I try to invite another family member.
Lastly, I'd say this address verification thing sucks for a premium service. If a code is required provide it to use so we can provide it to them. I can't pay for a service and still go through problems to share it. I didn't subscribe to Family Plan for this stress.
This is ridiculous, how do I add my daughter to my family Spotify account. Tried my actual address which is on my account, nothing….tried the Google plus code, picks up an address thousands of miles away, serious lack of intelligence Spotify.

Same here, even using the address actually listed on the main account isn't found any more. The only address it finds in the area is about 2miles away. It can find my road but that's too general.
So I am trying to get into a Plan, but in order to do so Spotify needs my location, but, it does not get my right location. What am I supposed to do?
I am not the first with this problem. Have cancelled Duo several times (and lost money) because I can't get my wife accepted. All because the address comes up in the USA, or nowhere at all. I always get "We couldn’t find that address. Please try again."
And, because it is impossible to get any tech help (only from the Community), you hide behind your inco0mpetence. Why not help, for once?
