I just released a single, but the spotify artist app won't let me claim my artist profile.

When I search for my name on the artist app it does not appear. However, it does appear on spotify. I have not been able to claim it.

What happened when you tried to claim your artist profile? Just for your information, in advance, you can claim your Spotify for Artists profile here. If possible, you can try to do it using the incognito tab of your preferred browser.
