I just want my music/premium account back!!!!!!!!!!

Like so many others before me, I tried to disconnect my Facebook account from my Spotify account.  Immediately, it created a new account and I lost all access to my old one.  I've tried to retrace my steps to no avail.  Not only have I lost all of my playlists, but I can't get premium feature-that I'm still currently paying for-to hook up to this new account.  This happened about a month ago.  I sent Spotify a week ago and haven't heard back.  I understand these things might take time, but I'm stuck listening to irritating ads while they automatically deduct money from my account, for a feature that I don't have access too.

I would like: for someone to please contact me.   To get my old account back.  To stop having to listen to annoying ads telling me why I should pay for Spotify Premium, because I already do.

Would someone please just help me out?

Hanabaddah - If you could try logging in with the username 'hkalliso' and your Spotify password, not your Facebook details, you'll get your Premium.

Hello.  On Friday, I accidentally disconnected my Spotify account from my Facebook account.  After doing that, I reconnected Spotify to FB and I still do not have access to my playlists and my account is no longer a Premium account.  I also no longer have the option to disconnect from FB under Preferences.  Please advise.  Thanks.
