I keep getting rejected when i claim my artist profile

Hi, i just released a new song and i would like to claim my artist profile. BUT, spotify keep rejecting my claim. I used “Amuse” to release my music and i’ve put my social media profiles there, and twitter is included. Please i really need to claim my artist profile for my future songs and please give me a solution to this.
