I'm in my country, I've a premium account, but can't connect!

I'm in my country, I've a premium account, but can't connect!

Hi,

When I try to connect, it tells me I can't stay for more than 14 days in another country, but I'm not in another country, an also I do have a premium account, (this is happening on all my devices).

Can anyone help me? Thankyou.

Hey @Wyfo! Welcome to the community ^^

 

If you head to your profile does the country in the profile section match the country that you are in?

If not you need to change it to the country youre in.

This solved the issue in the most cases. ^^
