I'm not receiving a password reset mail

I'm not receiving a password reset mail

I have issues with my other account. I have registered for spotify for podcasters, but can't login anymore, because apparently the password I saved with my browser is wrong. I am however not receiving a password reset mail when i demand one, and I can't start a new account with that mail, because it says it is already registered. I checked my spam box and checked whether other mails to that account come through.

Try opening this link and resetting the password from there.
Should the issue persist after this, do let us know what you're seeing on your end / if any error messages are present and we'll gladly take a further look into this 🙂
