I'm running out of options

I'm running out of options

Almost a month ago, I checked my credit card statement (my wife usually does that for me) then I found I was being charged twice. As soon as i found out, I cut my subscription. I got in touch with our local telecom group (Globe) to continue my subscription but we didn't come into terms. What made it worse is that they accidentally made me a subscriber, I cut it.

I got a reply from Spotify and they informed me the card was also registered for my daughter's account. After clearing everything out, I wanted to continue the subscription but every time I sign up, it keeps saying I'm still a subscriber thorugh our local group. I called them and they keep saying they already cut it...

What happening? How can we fix this? Thanks

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
