I need an ANSWER RIGHT NOW AND 35$ REFUND NOWWW!!!!

WELL, I've been using spotify for almost 2 years.  With this account i have 1 year, but, TODAY i was charged 35$ fee for not doing my payment on time. Every 22nd for each month i have to be charged 9.99$. How the F in the world are u guys gonna charge that amount of money?????????????????????????????????????????????

3 months ago, it took my 8 days longer to do a payment for my mustang v6!

guess what? they didnt ******** CHARGE ME 35$ FOR not doing my payment on time.

I need an answer RIGHT NOW, and my refund. Thank you so MUCH.

and when i get my refund im not gonna subscribe to spotify anymore!!!!
