I need help adding a family member to my premium plan

When I invite a family member, they are sent an email with an "invite code". Once they click the link, it just takes us to the "sign in page". What then? Create a new account? Sign into the parent account? Use the invite code as a password? The process is vague and completely completely misleading! Nothing works and I'm ready to cancel!!! Thanks in adavnce for any support.

Hey @ksarubbe,

They can only accept the invite while being logged into their own Spotify account. Please tell them to sign up to Spotify or sign into their existing account.

Thanks for the guidance. When attempting to sign him up, he's apparently
under the minimum age.

I'd recommend that you create a second account for yourself then and let him use the account.
