TRACING SPOTIFY ACCOUNT

Can somebody help me how to trace the account charged in my credit card number? I really don't remember if i clicked a link which creates an account here in spotify...I tried to contact the customer support of my credit card but they said I need to cancel it by logging in my account and cancel the subscription.

Your help will be much appreciated.
