I pay for Premium but want to use a coupon code from my ISP

Hi, I have been a Premium user for some time. I pay for this myself. I received a coupon code from my ISP to use Spotify Premium as part of my subscription.

I am lost on the Spotify helppages in how to use this code to switch my subscription.

Please can somebody help me for the right page or service to use.
