Thanks for reaching out. That's odd. 


You can try redeeming the Gift Card again at https://spotify.com/redeem. If it says that the code has already been redeemed or is now invalid, you can head to https://spotify.com/account to see the current plan of your account.

 

If you redeemed it successfully, it'll also show up in the order history/receipts section of your account.
