I payed for 3 month and canceled, they took my 1 euro and i am still free

I payed for 3 month and canceled, they took my 1 euro and i am still free

I prepaid 1 euro for the 3 months and after that i canceled because I would forgett it. The problem is that i am free using now even though prepaying. Maybe it just wasn't smart. If i order a new 3 month testingversion it doesn't work. Please help me

Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchase?
 

In it, it shows your Spotify username:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use it to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

 

If you didn't get any email receipt, sometimes the amount gets 'on hold' even if the charge doesn't go through. Normally the amount gets back to your account a day or two later.

 

In any case, you should contact customer support through this link:

 

https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/

 

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.

Directly after ordering the testing version I recieved an email with the topic : "Spotify Receipt" and i loggt a thousand times out and in... 1 min after canceling i still had the status of being premium... but then it disappeart
