I've paid for Spotify Premium and I'm not upgraded

I've paid for Spotify Premium and I'm not upgraded

I paid for the premium subscription and currently on the 30day trial, haven't received and email confirmation yet and can't sync my devices,

I have tried logging out and back in again, but still no difference

Does it say premium on your account overview?

 

If so, then you should try a complete reinstall. If not, you should get in touch with the payments team using the Support Form, as it'l likely you have a duplicate account.
