I want to log into my mothers plan on our duo account.

We both got new phones but her Spotify is on my account. I have a two person plan but can’t get her signed back into her own account. Help

In order for Premium Duo to work, the other account must be a separate account that is added to the Duo plan, so no music interruption occurs. Make sure to send her an invite following these steps. If that doesn't work, let me know what's happening in further detail.
