I was charged and didn't get premium

I was looking on my debt card and it says I was charged 4.99 from spotify and I was like what so I looked on my account and it says I don't have Premium. Why was I charged?

That doesn't sound right. Did you perhaps subscribe for a Student Discount without properly finishing the verification process? If so, this could be a pending charge.

It wants me to send in my school schedule and I'm not doing that. I just don't want them to continuely charge me when I'm not getting Premuim. How do I make sure this stops?
