Resetting password failure

I had to reset my login password, and got the email with the link allowing me to do so. After resetting the password I tried logging in a few times during the day and it kept saying the username or password was incorrect, even though I know I'm typing in the right information. 

Does anyone know why its not letting me log in? Any suggestions/help would be great!

Can you try logging into the web player and then try again in the app?

Tried logging in to the web player but unfortunately that didn't work.

I don't know why it's not working!!
