IS SPOTIFY BROKEN??

IS SPOTIFY BROKEN??

  • Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method.

I am getting this message when trying to update payment. However, this is FALSE becuase i have already called the bank and there is not issue with them.

This issue happens sometimes, have you tried clearing out the cache/cookies in your browser or opening an incognito window or even trying through another browser?

Yea I did all that. I even tried logging on through iOS, android, windows, all incognito. Nothing worked. It's nothing I can do. I used my card on groceries so I know it's not my card

Already did that too, they said they are aware of the issue and are taking care of it but I still can't and it's been 3 or 4 days since that email so idk

Okay then, they will probably fix this. Sometimes cards don't cooperate 😄

Hey, I'm having the same issue, I paid for a family plan and it's been charged to my credit card but when I enter to the app it says I'm still using Spotify free
