Let's take a look 🔍 

Could you try submitting a new Idea here using a different browser or private window? Make sure that all necessary field are completed before submitting the Idea, and that you're logged in to your Spotify account.

 

If that doesn't work, send me a screenshot of the error message you're receiving. Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.
